At the Marin Comprehensive Wound Center, we understand that every patient is unique. Therefore, we will start with a comprehensive assessment to identify the underlying cause of your non-healing wounds and then develop an effective wound care treatment plan. Our treatments and interventions may include: Special tests of circulation, X-ray or other imaging, debridement (removal of dead tissue), and specialized dressings or devices designed to facilitate the healing of your wound.

At Marin Comprehensive Wound Center, you do not need a physician’s referral to begin treatment for non-healing wounds. However, we recommend that you communicate with your primary care doctor to ensure the best coordination of your wound care.
